Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Lead QC department in ensure QC (IQC, IPQC, OQA) related process are comply to internal defined procedure and fulfilled AS9100 requirement

2. Coordinate and lead the product recall, line stop, shipment stop activities and as customer main contact person on quality related matter

3. Responsible in carry out quality performance analysis and indentify the CA/PA for continual improvement

4. Ensure proper reply of customer NCR within the required time frame and carry out CAPA verification to ensure effectiveness

5. Involved in FMEA/ MSA/ Control plan generation

6. Work closely with configuration coordinator to ensure proper configuration registration, release and use in production

7. Ensure inspectors competency and work as main coordinator in resolving inter departmental issue

8. Lead IRB team in reviewing product quality issue and identify suitable action and CAPA

9. Involved heavily in Quality related matter during prototyping including inspection plan generation

10. Responsible in assisting management in ensuring overall QMS compliance and as Internal auditor

11. Involved in measurement Equipment control and calibration activities

12. Support in QC departmental activities (Inspection, document generation etc)

13. Generate monthly quality related report for management and ensure performance board being updated

14. FAIR generation as per AS9102 requirement and status follow up

15. Responsible in generating & maintaining quality related document (Inspection Instruction Report, IIR, Inspection report, Bubble Drawing etc)

16. Involved in Configuration audit coordinator to ensure configuration control as per defined requirement

17. Involved in contract review meeting to assess customer's requirement and internal checking capabilities in meeting the product requirement

18. Representing the QC dept quality related conference call, customer meeting etc

19. Work closely with Operation team in ensure 100% OTD and Quality

20. Ensure effectiveness of organization configuration control and change control throughout the product realization 21. Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization

22. Promote company-wide improvement efforts

23. May appointed as organization HIC (High Impact Committee) team member in coordinating and involving in organization 6S, FOD and EHS matter.

24. Ensure product compliance and authorized to issue product Certificate of Compliance (CoC) on behalf of Micron Concept Aerostructures.

25. Authorized to trigger production and shipment stop with justification part produced might not meeting the

requirement and the need for further confirmation as part of the product assurance activities. Immediate report to Quality manager.

26. Ensure equipment used in ensure product conformity are calibrated and valid to be used.

27. Ensure correct and proper use of QC stamp per organization stamp and signatory control procedure.

28. Ensure Quality Clinic compliance and Quality analysis up to date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
