Job Details:Job Responsibilities1) New product development

  • Responsible for new product development to review relevant documents.
  • Generate ingredient list and review against requirements (local and exporting country).
  • Compile into the info deck document.
  • Verify against production practices.
2) Labelling compliance and verification for all market
  • Responsible to ensure packaging used in production is correct (not obsolete) and following labelling compliance.
3) Halal Assurance System (HAS) \xe2\x80\x93 MY, Brunei, UAE, Saudi and other potential market
  • Responsible for making sure that Halal Assurance System (HAS) documents are updated.
  • Responsible to ensure Production adhere to Halal Critical Point mentioned.
4) Responsible to provide compulsory Halal Training for Tyson Foods Malaysia team members.5) Coordinate external/third-party audit, Government audit such as Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM), Ministry of Health (MOH), Department of Veterinary Service (DVS).Qualifications/Experience
  • Candidate must possess bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in food technology / Nutrition or any related field.
  • Working experience in handling Halal including knowledge on Food Safety System such as GMP, HACCP or any related field.
  • Have certificate in Halal Executive Training.
  • Advance Microsoft office competency (eg Word and Excel).
  • Willing to travel.
