Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform incoming inspection of components and materials to ensure compliance with specifications. Conduct in-process and final inspections of optical modules for quality and functionality. Record and report inspection results, defects, and non-conformances accurately. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions under QA Engineer or QA Manager guidance. Operate and maintain testing equipment and inspection tools. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and customer requirements. Support internal audits and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues. Monitor and document product performance and quality metrics. Participate in training programs to stay updated on quality processes and techniques.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in optical modules, semiconductors, or electronics manufacturing. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or laboratory experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of optical module components, assembly, and testing procedures. Familiarity with quality tools, inspection methods, and documentation practices. Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects accurately. Ability to operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Knowledge of ISO standards or experience in a controlled manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; basic listening and speaking skills in Mandarin are required.
