1. Identify equipment, instrument and gaging require calibration and update into the equipment master list.
2. Arrangement of calibration and servicing of gages, equipment and instruments.
3. To perform internal calibration or verification for inspection equipment.
4. Ensure gages, equipment and instrument at production floor are serviceable and with valid calibration status.
5. Troubleshooting of faults or errors in equipment and instruments.
6. Developing and documenting calibration and testing procedures and reports.
7. Performing maintenance, quality control, and assurance checks on the equipment and instruments.
8. Perform various tests on products, including mechanical, visual, and functional tests, to verify quality.
9. Training and supervising other inspectors or operators on how to use and maintain the equipment and instruments.
10. Collaborating with related to ensure the equipment and instruments meet the requirements and expectations.
11. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior.
MINIMUM SKILLS
Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
Able to read technical drawing.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications.
Familiarity with standards of the industry such as ISO, ANSI, ASTM, etc
Attended calibration related external training.
