Key Responsibilities:
Inspect metal parts and components for quality and compliance to specifications.
Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to perform accurate checks.
Identify and report defects or non-conformities.
Maintain detailed inspection records and reports.
Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing or related field.
1-2 years' experience in QA/QC, preferably in a metal or precision manufacturing environment.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an added advantage.
