c) Ensure relevant and updated documents used
Responsible to test and check all WIP to ensure follow customer specification.
Responsible to receive JTF and ensure quantity tally with FG.
Duties and responsibilities
Understand IPC-A-610 standard.
Understand and audit on production line process and equipment setup. Ensure all the documents (PWI) used for process are tally with BOM/Engineering and assembly drawing.
Inform the superior and concerned departmental representatives on the nature of non-conformance detected during auditing.
Ensure all the checklist update daily and proper filing of IPQA data.
Ensure lot ACCEPT and REJECT are place in correct location.
Monitor any corrective measure implemented on the production line.
Record all the lot status (Lot movement, Tracking and etc) according to supervisor instruction.
Ensure all the equipment used (Caliper, micrometer and etc) in good condition and not expired from calibration date.
