Roles And Responsibilities:

Work with site QA Team and process owners to ensure relevant employees' awareness of customers' quality requirements and expectation Initiate and plan with site QA Team to conduct periodical process and product audit or surveillance Activities to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements, quality standards and documented policies and procedures. Support site QA Team and process owners pertaining quality issues in driving for effective RCCA. Analyze quality performance and liaise with site QA Team and process owners to develop systemic improvement activities as needed. Coordinate with site QA Team pertaining to standardization and improvement in QMS. Support the Top Management to drive for continuous improvement in quality performance across business units within SAM Malaysia. Ensure timely response and effective closure of audit findings. Involve in task force team, as and when assigned, to conduct independent investigation when there's escalation/violation against company's policies

Requirements:

Degree Holders Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in similar capacity and similar industry will be added advantage. Computer literate is required. Certified Lead Auditor will be added advantage. Good presentation skills.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
