Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a quality-driven culture, with strong attention to detail. Handle customer complaints / feedback and work with related team members to rectify the matter. Lead and perform training and mentorship to a team of QA personnel. Performs other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Candidate with graduate degree or higher. Minimum 8 years working experience in quality field is required Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or product development environments Excellent leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in both oral and written.
*This job is to be based in Butterworth, Penang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM15,500.00 per month
