Quality Management Systems (QMS):2. Regulatory Compliance:3. Continuous Improvement:Responsibilities1. Quality Management Systems (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000).Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that all documentation, procedures, and practices are up-to-date and meet regulatory requirements.2. Quality Control: Oversee the QA/QC laboratory operations, including sample testing, sensory evaluation, and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on test results and customer feedback.3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, EFSA). Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
