Qa Manager ( Johor)
Job Description
Responsibilities-- Apply licensing for new setup factory- Lead and manage QA Manual team in Malaysia to ensure the quality of products complywith legal requirements and management objectives- Control of all internal product specifications, raw material specifications and inspection testmethod- Act as an interface or communication about quality with other departments and externalcustomers and suppliers- Provide internal support, ensure target response, bridge the issue to R&D team and providesatisfying solution- Support and troubleshooting of production issues- Track defects and follow through on defect resolutions- Other related duties as assignedRequirements- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- Experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control with good understanding of qualityrequirements and production processes- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managerial or supervisor roles- Good knowledge and hands on experience in External & Internal Quality Audit Programmeand experience in customer & supplier management- Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills- Good understanding of SFA, FSSC 22000, HALAL and importing countries\xe2\x80\x99 requirements- Candidate with knowledge and previous working experience in Food industry is preferred- Halal environment factory
