Developing and implementing effective quality control procedures and policies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Analyzing production date and generating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve quality- related problems in a timely manner.
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.
Staying up to date with industry regulations and continuously improving quality assurance processes.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support our quality management system.
Requirement: -
Degree-qualified QA Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for flawless delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong working knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
Proficient in date analysis and report generation to drive continuous improvement.
Excellent problems solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross function teams and effectively communicate technical information.
Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards
Akeen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
