CLIENT Our client, a leading MNC in the consumer goods industry, is looking for an experienced QA Manager to join their expanding regional digital team. As a QA manager, the expectations are to pick up global test cases and perform high level initial testing while coordinating and orchestrating other parts of testing such as UAT. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Business sign-off for new market / feature implementation Manage and coordinate various testing teams in parallel (Global, regional, market-level) Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that new platforms or feature-sets are functioning according to expectations Formulating and aligning on testing criteria Develop and review all test plans, test cases, test scripts and test results Develop and maintain a project plan for all testing-related activities (resources, training schedule, documentation review, eligibility training, etc.) Perform Application Interface, Integration, functionality, usability, design and basic security testing for web applications on various platforms QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CANDIDATES Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 5 years of experience, equipped with deep understanding of QA principles, methodologies, tools and processes Experience in Agile methodologies and its ways of work Experience in stakeholder and people management to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.) would be an added advantage WHAT\'S ON OFFER Competitive salary and benefits package such as Annual Wage Scheme Opportunities for career growth and development A dynamic and collaborative work environment Flexible work arrangements An opportunity to work on exciting regional projects with a talented team .PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO MALAYSIANS AND PR HOLDERS ONLY.
