Oversee and direct the QAQC team, applying expertise in Quality Management Systems, policies, and standards to ensure smooth execution of quality activities.
Investigate and resolve quality issues or customer complaints using 8D and 5 Whys methodologies, and report findings to management.
Compile and analyze quality documentation and reports, including data on failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Implement and enforce quality control to uphold company standards.
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant ISO standards.
Proactively drive quality improvement initiatives to streamline processes within the QA team.
Develop and implement procedures for inspecting and addressing quality assurance issues.
Lead and guide the QAQC team in resolving quality-related issues and achieving the company\'s strategic objectives.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Working experience as a QA Manager role in Manufacturing with an understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency in 8D and 5 Whys reporting methods.
Experience handling customer complaints and resolving quality issues.
Good communication skills, both written and oral.
