Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a QA Manager to be in Bukit Minyak, Penang.

Here is a glimpse of what you\'ll do:

• \xe2\x80\x8bLead overall site product quality assurance and quality engineering activities.
• Directs activities of the QA/QC team ensuring that a team of personnel work accurately and effectively to assure the quality of products or services meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Must act with professionalism, encouraging employees to follow methods and procedures of assurance/quality control and keep the production of products flowing at a consistent pace.
• Develop Inspection and Quality Test plans for products at various stages of the production processes using a risk-based approach and statistical techniques.
• Direct and manage all facility and process validation for NPI and mass production.
• Assure and manage engineering changes from a quality perspective using a risk-based approach.
• Responsible for day-to-day inspection and quality test activities, results, data evaluation, reporting, and documentation. Quality trends and performances, and nonconformances. Record, report, alert, and communicate accordingly to assure overall product quality.
• Champion complaint and nonconformance investigation and corrective actions.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 yeyearsxperience in quality or manufacturing background.
