Responsibilities

1. To role of a Management representative ensure the suitability of the current QMS in the organization. Review quality procedures to ensure close-looped activities.

2. Conduct ISO meetings.

3. Co-ordination with certificate bodies for follow up and next assessment.

4. Provide training of ISO procedures to inspectors, staff and new employees and relevant personnel.

5. Ability to perform internal auditing in relates to ISO system requirements.

6. Ability to ensure & maintaining cohesive working relation with inter-department, customers & vendors.

7. Verify and ensure process documentation compliance; Work Instruction, Quality Inspection Plan, Injection Data Sheet & Inspection Records.

8. Able to lead and guide inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

9. Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

10. Man-management of all staff under Quality Assurance function of the Organization.

11. Work closely with the production function of the organization to ensure the manufacturing of plastic parts and secondary process operations meet quality requirements spelled out by customers unceasingly.

Basic Requirements

1. Minimum SPM & Above.

2. At least 5 years and above in QA/QC Supervisory field

3. Have strong leadership and managerial skill.

4. Good written & oral communication skill.

5. Must have sound understanding & knowledge of ISO procedures.

6. Must have self-confidence of doing presentation to customers.

7. Must have strong understanding of doing 8D methodology reporting.

8. Must have fundamental knowledge of controlling all ISO documentation.

9. Understanding & knowledgeable of plastic injection molding process.

10. Knowledgeable in using mechanical measuring equipment.

11. Ability to understand and reads 2D/3D drawing.

12. Knowledgeable and able to apply statistical process control techniques.

13. Able to understand First Article Process and Reports.

14. Must be able to travels and meets customers and suppliers.

15. Computer literate.
16. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage (to communicate with customer)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,312.05 - RM9,184.92 per month
