JOB SCOPE

To ensure products are produced, handled, stored & distributed in accordance to SOP and GMP guidelines To verify personal hygiene of production staff and facility and equipment sanitation by conducting schedule inspections. Follow up the non-conformities. This includes evaluate cleaning efficiency and performance of cleaning compounds, cleaning equipment and sanitizers. To ensure continuous improvement of QC activities through schedule reviewing of SOPs test procedures & specifications. To schedule visit production areas for inspection, hygiene monitoring to check on implementation and practices on the floor To practice and support QA/QC in internal, external, supplier, CB and 3rd party audit and inspection, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards . To conduct schedule audit/inspection to YSR and ensure product quality testing pertaining to microbiology, physical and chemical testing is performe as per schedule. To determine highlight and assist in handling cases of any abnormalities in testing and any issue corresponding to product quality and food safety in accordance to respective DOP/Work instruction . Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with quality specifications and standards before shipment to SBH. Raise NCR/CAR in initiate corrective and preventive action on any non-conforming materials, product, process and system failure pertaining to food quality and safety issues. Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and make recommendations foe continuous improvement . Responsible to document and promptly report food safety issues or concern during inspection to QA Manager. Communicate inspection findings and coordinate with YSR's QA and production teams to address any issues pertaining to product quality and safety. Receive, document and investigate customer complaint related to YSRs product quality and safety . Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g. production, QA) to indentify the root cause of complaints and implement corrective actions. Follow up if there is any product quality problem and inspection findings by conducting meeting with YSR's QA and production team to keep track and confirm the relevant the root cause , Corective action taken and quality improvement measures . Willing to travel to Indonesia on schedule basis, able to performe task independently and communicate well with other relevant party for further investigation action and follow up activities to drive quality improvement projects and initiatives Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset., proactive and organized. To performe other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by QA Manager from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
