Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to approved procedures and specifications.
Record inspection results accurately in checklists or inspection reports.
Identify non-conformities and escalate to relevant departments for corrective action.
Verify reworked or repaired items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
Participate in internal audits and support external audits when required.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, and basic SPC.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary.
