- Assist in monitoring product quality and food safety during production.
- Check and record production parameters to ensure they meet company standards.
- Support QA officers in maintaining documentation, records, and reports.
- Report any quality issues or deviations to the QA Supervisor.
- Participate in internal quality checks and corrective action activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene rules in the production area.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Those with QA/QC experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and hygiene practices.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures.
- Able to work overtime when required.
