Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

Set up and operate the rotary printing machine according to job specifications and work instructions. Ensure the machine is clean and functioning properly before, during, and after operation.

Material Preparation and Monitoring

Prepare printing cylinders, ink, and printing materials as per job requirements. Ensure materials are sufficient and in good condition throughout the printing process.

Quality Control

Monitor print quality to ensure it meets required standards (color consistency, alignment, ink thickness, etc.). Conduct periodic checks during production to identify and correct any issues.

Basic Machine Maintenance

Perform daily maintenance such as cleaning and lubricating the machine. Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team or supervisor.

Documentation and Reporting

Complete daily production logs and work reports accurately. Record material usage and output details.

Safety and Cleanliness

Follow all safety procedures while operating the machine. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and with tools.

Qualifications:

Minimum SPM or equivalent (high school certificate). Experience in operating printing machines (especially rotary printing) is an advantage. Willing to work shifts and overtime.

Required Skills:

Basic mechanical and machine operation skills. Attention to detail and strong quality awareness. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
