Qa Qc Engineer

Job Description
Responsible for ensuring all project activities, materials, and workmanship comply with approved standards, specifications, and quality requirements. The QA/QC Engineer plays a key role in maintaining quality documentation, conducting inspections, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to uphold project integrity and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
for ongoing projects. Conductinspections and testing
on materials and workmanship according to project specifications. Review and verifyMethod Statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans)
, and material submittals. Prepare and maintainQA/QC documentation
including inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and test results. Monitorsite activities
to ensure adherence to design drawings, standards, and safety regulations. Coordinate withclients, consultants, and contractors
on quality-related issues and rectification works. Verify and ensure thatmaterials and equipment
meet project and regulatory requirements. Support project teams intesting, commissioning, and handover documentation
. Assist ininternal and external audits
to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Promotecontinuous improvement
in project quality processes.Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of
quality management systems (ISO 9001)
and QA/QC procedures- Ability to interpret
engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Good understanding of
construction materials, standards, and testing methods
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
