Requirements

Experience in quality control/assurance or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or service environments. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to develop and implement quality procedures. Ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions. Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration. Familiarity with inspection tools and ISO standards.

Responsibility

Monitor production to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Inspect and test materials and products throughout production, using electronic tools to measure and verify quality. Identify potential issues in the production process, recommend improvements, and separate defective items. Record and report inspection data such as weight, temperature, and other quality metrics. Set and enforce standards for inspections to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry regulations. Develop and implement effective inspection workflows to catch quality issues early and ensure quality at all production stages. Identify inefficiencies in the process and recommend practices to reduce waste and improve quality. Collaborate with production teams and managers to troubleshoot, analyze root causes of quality problems, and implement corrective actions. Follow up on mistakes or quality issues, track resolution progress, and ensure issues don't recur. Ensure products meet internal quality standards and regulations before distribution. Provide training on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
