Job Description

Position : QA - Software Tester

Salary : RM 3,500 - RM 5,000

Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : 10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Summary

You are responsible for understanding the overall requirement of the project from QA Team Lead, Project Manager & respective Project PICs . You will be working closely with all the stakeholders (Mobile, Web, UIUX and project team) to test the project by modules or full development. Specifically written all the issues/error list and how to produce them in an organized manner.

Initiate and improve outlook, processes, performance, functionality and quality to ensure all edges are covered up.

Conduct Quality Evaluation to ensure it meets the required standard.

Document, troubleshoot and report bugs or errors to development team.

Support change deployment as required even during non-office hours.

Assists members in term of understanding/gathering requirements.

Monitor timeline and retest development once fixed or amended.

Perform testing or review designs on Websites and Mobile Apps

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with background in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ or you are familiar with website/mobile apps

Have at least 1 year of experience in the IT/QA/Tester/Creative Agency

Added advantage: posses 1 year of experience in writing Test Plan/Test Case and knowledge in automation testing tools

Self-motivated and a results-driven attitude

Attentive and detailed oriented

Creative and thoughtful to find out errors/bugs

Excellent documentation skill with clear and specific issue/bug reporting

Clear logical and critical thinking

A resourceful problem solver, with a strong sense of ownership

Highly organized, able to prioritize and create order in chaos

Excellent time management and resilience under pressure and tight deadlines
