1.Establish the final inspection station appropriately, Inspection items and criteria and inspection method. 2.To train and educate final Inspection inspectors on the Inspection standard and the criteria. 3.To collect and analyse the data from Outgoing LAR and work closely with internal function team to plan and drive for improvement. 4.To monitor and analyse the product yield trend weekly and drive for CAPA with internal functional teams. 5.To work closely with CQE teams to achieve compliance of customer requirements, mainly on the inspection criteria. 6.To prepare the individual inspector output performance, Yield by inspector and escapee to internal (Data from LAR Report) and external customer (Data from Customer complaint). 7.Responsible for compliance of procedures. 8.Responsible to update immediate superior on time and the status of project assigned. 9.Strictly follow company rules and regulations. 10.Ensure all equipment are calibrated before use.
