• Establish and maintain all the documents which are required for the MESTI, HALAL, GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management System of the company.
• Continuously review, evaluate, improve and implement our quality management systems to comply with latest quality and food safety management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with regulatory and certification bodies for all accreditations and compliance matters.
• Responsible for pest control, plant hygiene and sanitation
• Manage all customer complaints within timeline, including proper investigation and effective corrective actions
• Participate in internal and external third-party audits;
• Work with relevant departments to review new product recipes, process flow, identify and manage associated hazards, validate processes and manage with operation team closely
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of applicable food regulations, guidelines and standards for both domestic and export markets. Keeping track with updates, changes and requirement and act on at the best of company\xe2\x80\x99s interest.
• To provide information for local and oversea packaging labelling, artwork and involve in final artwork approval. Review, update and conducting briefing to related department on changes of labelling requirement.
• Establish SOPs and conditions for handling, storage, and preservation of our products.
• Reviewing existing policies and planning how to improve quality management systems.
• To provide quality support to Marketing team such as prepare product specification and other documents based on the customer requirement, overseas legal, HACCP and Halal requirement.
• To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirement(s):

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent.
• Familiar with Halal, GMP, HACCP,ISOand FSSC22000 standards and requirements.
• Working experience in food manufacturing industry as Food Technologist or Research & Development role or equivalent is desirable but fresh graduate is welcomed as well.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa & Mandarin.
• Preferably candidate with experience in QA.
