Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision for all In-Process Inspectors, Manufacturing Quality Technicians, Quality Assurance Technicians, and Finished Goods Specialists performing work at each machine/work cell, organizing work flow and coordinating efforts to meet the priorities laid out by the Plant Manager and Quality Manager.
- Supervise shift employees and manage the performance process, including conducting on-going training and reinforcement, performance reviews, and disciplinary action as needed.
