Formulate annual quality objectives, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead and manage the Malaysia QA team, assigning and supervising tasks effectively.
Coordinate and support customer audits, including document preparation, on-site assistance, and follow-up improvement actions.
Participate in major internal quality reviews, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Ensure the stability and compliance of the quality management system (QMS) and drive ongoing optimization.
Oversee the proper implementation of MSA, QC charts, and P-FMEA.
Review and update quality documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle key customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with quality management tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
