To lead a team and organize teamwork to strive for an efficient and effective QA administration
To perform all internal/external quality check of products and materials
To coordinate all quality related correspondence with Marketing, Production, external QC and Purchasing department from time to time
Managing non-conformances, facilitate root-cause analysis corrective actions process and ensure effective implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence
Must be prepared to undertake additional job assignment and responsibilities from time to time to support the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of QA function
Job Requirements:-
Possess at least STPM/Diploma or relevant qualification
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant working experience in furniture industry is required
Able to organize work and produce data analysis and quality reports on time
Able to work independently, possess effective management skills with ability to work in a dynamic environment
Must be creative, multi-task and able to cope with urgent request
Good discipline and attendance with minimum unplanned leave
Must be a team player and possess positive attitude towards work and the company
Able to start work immediately is an advantage
