Job Responsibilities

:

Quality, Safety & Environmental Management:

Drive and implement

5S practices

across the workplace. Monitor and report

monthly performance indicators (KPI)

. Support initiatives that align with the company's

Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) compliance strategies

. Maintain valid certifications for

ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000

, and other required management systems.

Audit & Certification:

Ensure all processes and procedures comply with

ISO standards

,

QC rules

, and

customer specifications

.

Lead and manage internal audits

(QMS, FSMS, ESH) through to closure of findings. Provide support for

external audits

by customers and certification bodies.

Documentation & System Development:

Prepare and organize

Management Review Meetings

(QMS, FSMS, ESH) and deliver relevant reports. Maintain

document control protocols

for quality, safety, and environmental documentation. Responsible for maintaining and developing existing

management system standards

(QMS, EMS, OHSAS), and leading the

implementation of new standard systems

from assessment to certification.

Regulatory & Government Compliance:

Liaise with regulatory authorities such as

DOSH, DOE, BOMBA

, and other relevant government and certification bodies. Ensure involvement and readiness for

all internal and external audits

related to QSE.

Training & Continuous Improvement:

Drive

quality and environmental awareness

company-wide. Conduct

environmental audits

,

safety walk inspections

, and

ESH training

for employees. Carry out

HIRADC

, aspect/impact evaluations, and regular

risk assessments

. Ensure compliance with

regulatory and customer requirements

(e.g., OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO standards, RBA).

Job Requirements

:

Diploma or Degree in a

related field

(Quality, Safety, Environmental, or Engineering). Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in QSE or management system implementation. Strong ability to

prepare and track KPIs

across functions. Capable of analyzing

internal and external audit reports

. Proficient in

CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action)

development and execution. Skilled in conducting

process audits

and generating detailed

audit reports

. Knowledgeable in using

Quality Management software

and documentation tools. Proficient in

Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

. Demonstrates

ownership

, accountability, and a high standard of work contributing to overall business success.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
