Job Description

s:

1. To perform daily quality inspection on parts received, ensure specification & process requirements are met.
2. Area of coverage may include vendor incoming inspection, in-process inspection, out-going inspection & machine buy-off.
3. Daily CMM room temperature & humidity tracking.
4. External & internal calibration activities arrangement, calibration certificate verification & calibration sticker/s updating.
5. Verification on the issue feedback by inspector. Communication with production for improvement.
6. Communicate with the internal customer to investigate & solve the issue.
7. Perform source inspection at vendor sites.
8. Assist QA Engineer on quality data collection for the weekly KPI reporting. 9. To assist QA Engineer on daily job arrangement, ensure all daily assignments are complete within the required time frame.
10. To provide training for the inspectors to improve inspection skills.
11. To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent years of related experience.
2. Preferably 2 to 5 years working experience in hands-on quality inspection of fabrication on Metal Works and CNC Machining. Work independently & communicate well with process owner and sub-con. Preparing daily/weekly reports .
3. Good understanding on Metal Work and CNC machining drawing & tolerance. Able to operate basic in-house measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometer, pin/block gauge, profile projector & CMM(Basic skill). Inspection report writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
