Job Description

Scope:

This position involves conducting product inspection, process data collection and documentation in Document Control and to assist and coordinate the Quality Management System of Fourte International.

Key Job Authority:

Authority to conduct accuracy inspections. Authority to conduct inspection for Incoming, In-process, Out-going and FAI. Authority to update QMS data base. Authority to recommend product disposition.

Key Job Accountability

Responsible for ensuring that inspection records are accurate and on-time. Responsible for measuring equipment calibration (Pinnacle Machine) Organize, file and maintain reports as per ISO requirement. Perform all inspection on products under Fourte purchases. Verify and validate suppliers PSA & inspection data.

Job Functions

Prepare measuring method per according to work instructions Revise, up-date QMS documents Document distribution and retrieval Conduct inspection for Incoming, In-process, Out-going and FAI Assist in auditing activities, include supplier, customer, internal and 3rd party audit Follow up in collecting data and information for SCAR closure Assist QE in data collection for process validation Follow up the disposition for non-conform material Follow up and close up RMA Any other job roles assigned

Education/Training/Experience:

Possess at least SPM/STPM with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the QA field. Possess hands-on experience in inspection. Possess work experience in FAI and QC inspection. Trained in GD&T. Trained in basic Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949) Trained in SPC fundamental level Trained in GR&R analysis.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Computer literate (intermediate computer skills). Able to use CMM, profile projector, tool-maker scope, and other equipment. Possess basic knowledge in Statistical calculation and interpretation. Understanding in writing an 8D report and its approach. Knowledge in FMEA and Control Plan. Able to conduct calibration on linear measuring equipment. Familiar with the use of tool-maker scope or vision systems. Familiar with the use of profile projector Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system. Possess a valid driving license. Able to use Auto-Cad

Possess good verbal and written communication skills Possess good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Travelling Requirements

Minimal travelling required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
