Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Use testing equipment to evaluate packaging durability, dimensions, and integrity.
Conduct tests such as checking color consistency, ink adhesion, and registration accuracy.
Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO, GMP, and customer specifications.
Prepare inspection reports and analyze quality test results.
Investigate product defects and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation and records.
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and industry regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the quality control system.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the
Packaging and Printing industry.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisor
