Job Description

s:

To perform quality inspection on machine, ensure specification & process requirement's are met. To compile machine buyoff checklist. Follow up outstanding findings until closure. To compile machine buyoff data (defects) into Monthly Machine FAT Summary. 4. Assist QA Engineer on quality data collection for the weekly KPI reporting. To support & ensure all machine inspection assignments able to complete within required time frame. To wrap up the completed buyoff document & transfer to Document Control for proper document storage. Other duties and assignment as instructed by supervisor from time to time. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Job Requirements:

Minimum certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing. Minimum of >2 to 4 years working experience in hands-on quality assurance of fabrication on Metal Works, CNC Machining & Assembly. Basic assembly and machine testing background. Basic understanding on Metal Work and CNC machining drawing & tolerance. Able to operate basic in-house measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometer, pin/block gauge & profile projector. Perform machine inspection & testing & report writing. Basic understanding on machine mechanical & electrical requirements. Machine buyoff data compilation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
