Job Description

Execute coating processes in strict accordance with company procedures and control parameters. Monitor and maintain the gas supply system, ensuring stable pressure, flow, and material supply. Inspect coating system operations, including cooling water, air, exhaust, and auxiliary equipment. Operate and adjust the coater, including tin bath entry/exit and height settings. Control process parameters such as coating height, gas flow, pressure, and film transmittance. Conduct film quality inspections, sampling, and performance testing to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare equipment and materials for coating production and ensure readiness for operation. Identify and report process or equipment abnormalities; follow emergency procedures when necessary. Maintain workplace organization and equipment cleanliness in line with 5S standards. Participate in shift handovers and team meetings to ensure smooth production continuity. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:

Can work in hot temperature and shifts. Familiar with coating operation procedures and full system process
(material feeding, coater entry/exit, cleaning, maintenance, exhaust handling, sampling, testing)

Knowledge of

CVD coating technology

,

film quality control

, and

coating equipment structure

Skilled in process control, equipment inspection, gas pipeline operation, and coater height adjustment Able to troubleshoot coating system issues and perform basic maintenance

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma any field. Strong work ethic, honesty, and responsibility Good teamwork and communication skills Proactive and adaptable attitude Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
