Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performance of method, process, instrument and QA/QC analysis as required.
• Assist validation studies of processes, reagents and consumables and ensure inventory logs updated to ensure sufficient supply for ongoing operations.
• Maintain all documentation and reports as required for ongoing QA/QC analysis and inventory management.
• Apply approved testing methods, review test results, assist with validation of quality control parameters, facilitate corrective-preventive actions when required, and report outcomes in a timely manner through approved channels.

• Collaborate with team members on method, process, and test procedures to affect a culture of continuous improvement.

• Comply with all client and GDIT requirements for laboratory safety and security.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic and diverse team.
• Support knowledge transfer on existing QA/QC policies as required.
• Assist in training of partner laboratories in compliant execution of documented methods.
• Assist in proficiency testing programs and validation studies including in house and with partner laboratories.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in QC/QA functions and at least.
• Responsible to ensure the incoming raw material meeting the quality
• Supervise the function of IQC to ensure the effectiveness of implementation
• Lead quality improvement programs and collaborate effectively with cross
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Added advantage if with skills and knowledge in FMEA, ISO 9001 .
• Able to work shift.
• Knowledge and experience of colour cosmetic, skin care.
