Purpose of the Role

You will be a key member of the FSRA team reporting directly to the FSRA Manager. You will be responsible for all Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) activities. You will work closely across all teams within the plant operations and corporate functions.

Key Accountabilities

? Managing the daily quality control operations

? Ensuring proper IQC, IPQC and OQC data collection

? Keep up to date data of all process and product quality information

? Strictly enforce the requirements detailed in the Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL)

? Prepare weekly and monthly summary report

? Assist the FSRA manager in enforcing GMP/HACCP guidelines

? Assist the FSRA manager is conducting customer complains (If any)

? Assist the FSRA team in handling audits, both internal and external.

? Ensure timely achievements of FSRA OKRs.

Responsibilities

? Managing & enforcing the QA/QC tasks and guideline as per company quality management policy.

? Ensuring the daily IQC, IPQC and OQC are properly conducted by the QC assistants and data is updated in the trackers accordingly

? Ensuring that the process and product quality is as per the AQL and not affected through the process.

? Managing the schedule and tasks of QA/QC assistants, both for day shift and night shift.

? Compiling the daily data and preparing a weekly trend analysis for report to management.

? Preparing weekly summary and monthly report of all QC related activities

? Assisting the FSRA manager & FSRA advisor in continuous improvement of FSRA team systems

? Assisting the FSRA manager in handling audits, both internal and external.

? Assisting the FSRA manager is supplier evaluation in case of poor raw material quality

? Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time either within or out of your current scope of employment must perform accordingly

? Able to plan, organize, evaluate and lead activity schedules and direct the work of others.

? Strong attention to detail, while also able to see long-term strategic improvements and developments.

? Exhibit a good attitude and demonstrate interpersonal skills to work with people from different backgrounds.

? Not afraid or squeamish about working with insects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
