Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years QAQC experience in construction projects (preferably data centers, hospitals, industrial buildings).
- Familiar with local construction standards (CIDB, MS) and international codes (BS, ASTM, ISO).
- Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software/document control systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements for all construction activities (civil, structural, M&E).
- Conduct site inspections, material receiving checks, and witness testing.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and third-party labs on testing (e.g. concrete cube tests, weld inspections, electrical testing).
- Manage and report non-conformance reports (NCRs) and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure all quality documentation is updated and stored per project QA/QC procedures.
- Prepare and submit Request for Inspection (RFI) to consultants and clients.
- Assist in handover documentation, including as-built drawings, test certificates, and inspection reports.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, CIDB requirements, and client standards for data centers.
