QAQC Executive - Construction (Documentation Focus)

Job Summary

The QAQC Executive is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions at the construction site, with a primary focus on preparing, maintaining, and controlling documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update QA/QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, Material Approval Submissions, Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Ensure all quality-related documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable for audits and project reference. Monitor and track project documentation to ensure timely submission to consultants, clients, and authorities. Assist QAQC Manager/Engineer in preparing quality reports, records, and follow-ups on corrective and preventive actions. Support site teams in ensuring documentation aligns with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on QAQC documentation matters. Assist in organizing and compiling project handover documents, such as O&M manuals and as-built records. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company quality management systems, and project QA/QC plans.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QAQC within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC procedures and documentation processes. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document control systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Contact basis employment.
