Purpose of the Role
The QAQC Executive supports the QAQC Manager in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS). The role is responsible for implementing QAQC procedures, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement to ensure that all projects meet established quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Preferably from Construction industry background. Added advantage for those from ID and Architecture
Verify the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
Identify, record, and propose solutions for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Maintain and update the official list of controlled documents within the QAQC Department.
Assist the QAQC Manager in preparing and delivering quality awareness training to staff.
Keep up to date with developments in quality assurance practices that impact the company.
Highlight discrepancies to the QAQC Manager and propose proactive strategies for improvement.
Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) policies, regulations, and guidelines.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
