Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee

process quality control

across production lines and supplier deliveries. Attend to

customer and supplier complaints

related to quality issues, and follow up with appropriate corrective actions. Conduct

daily product quality reviews

, including field part returns, root cause analysis, NCR issuance, and PPAP evaluations. Ensure testing of

incoming materials, in-process products, and final goods

are conducted in accordance with documented procedures.

Drive effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

to mitigate risks and recurring issues. Oversee

quality administration

, including manpower planning and scheduling for QC operators.

Determine and enforce

in-house quality procedures, standards, and product specifications. Lead the

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and uphold quality standards of incoming parts. Work with suppliers to

define and ensure raw material quality

requirements. Collaborate with

Technical and Engineering

teams on new product strategies, BOM reviews, SOPs, material/drawing registration, and document control. Analyze quality data and trends to recommend

improvement actions

. Manage and control

ISO QMS 9001 documentation

, including new procedure registration and document compliance audits. Ensure internal stakeholders are

updated on new products or product changes

. Uphold

5S practices, workplace discipline, and safety

, promoting a clean and efficient environment. Ensure

full compliance with ISO 9001

standards and company QMS at all times. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the

automotive or manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of

ISO 9001, PPAP, NCR, CAPA, and QMS

. Proficient in

root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, and statistical analysis

. Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Able to work independently, travel frequently, and

possess own transportation (car)

. Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management capabilities.
