A long-standing manufacturer located in

Prai Industrial Estate, Penang

, is currently seeking a

QA Executive

to uphold product quality and ensure continuous process improvements. This position plays a critical role in enforcing quality standards and maintaining compliance across operations.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and capable of driving quality initiatives within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute quality assurance procedures and testing Draft, review, and update quality documentation and SOPs Perform regular inspections and internal audits Investigate product issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with relevant departments to improve product standards Analyze feedback to optimize quality control measures

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Prior QA experience preferred; experience in the food industry is a plus Chinese and Malay candidates are encouraged to apply Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 Incentives: Attendance allowance, performance bonus, annual bonus Coverage: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, health insurance, maternity leave Working Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:40 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:40 PM 5.5 days/week Development: Training and career advancement opportunities
