Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct site inspections during the DLP to identify defects and non-conformance issues. Prepare detailed DLP reports, including photos, descriptions, and recommended actions. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely rectification of defects. Monitor and track all DLP items until completion and closure. Ensure all rectification work complies with company standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Maintain accurate records of DLP inspections, communications, and corrective actions. Liaise with clients to update on DLP progress and resolve concerns professionally. Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues and recommending preventive measures. Assist in QA/QC documentation for completed projects. Any additional responsibilities / tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction, cabinetry, or interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect rectification processes. Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project team. Professional and client-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
