Job Description

Responsibilities:

To oversee QAQC quality assurance, farm performance, legal compliance and flock health. To ensure best practice in farm leading to maximize health and production status and minimize disease exposure risk. To plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and continuous update of veterinary supplies management and execution of its SOPs to provide effective support to integration flock health program. Conduct farm visit and farm audit to check for compliance to work procedure. Manage Farm Quality Assurance program to achieve best farming practice. To ensure best practice leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security. To work closely with appropriate local government authorities and trade associations to ensure environmental and legal compliances. To commit to staff organization and leadership in training, operations analysis and operational improvement. Other duties deemed necessary.

Requirement

:

Candidate must possess Degree in Food science, Food Study / Food Technology/Nutrition or equivalent. At least 3 years of quality management experiences in food industry/packing house/farming. Veterinarians are welcome to apply; related experience will be considered an advantage. Understand food safety and quality management, GMP and Halal. Knowledge of handling QC of goods receiving. In-depth knowledge of Malaysia Halal System Management and Quality standards.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
