Job Description

MAJOR TASKS

- Assist Engineer to execute quality strategies and to manage the shift operation of quality inspection activities.

- Ensures all test carried out are in accordance to the work instruction and meeting customer requirement / inspection criteria.

- Identify non conformity product and determine the final accepted results of the lot.

- Guide inspector in lot judgment.

- Generate Deviation Report and maintain deviation Record.

- Control the distribution of non-conformance products.

- Highlight quality problems and provide suggestions for improvement.

- Assists engineer to carry out data collection/failure analysis.

- Assist on testing and root cause analysis for customer complaint issues.

SUB TASKS

- Maintain all record in good condition

- Maintain 5S housekeeping to ensure work station cleanliness

- Lead a shift, take care of work arrangement, discipline and attendance of shift personnel

- Creates quality awareness/promotes positive work attitude amongst inspectors.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

- Preferable 1-2 years QC experience

KNOWLEDGE

- Basic manufacturing process flow

- Proficient in Microsoft Office application

- Ability to interpret product specification

SKILLS

- Communication skills, Leadership skills, Inspection skills, Reporting skills

TRAINING

- IPQC related work instruction, Preferable 7 QC tools training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
