About the Role:
Are you a seasoned QA/QC professional passionate about mission-critical construction? We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to ensure the highest quality standards for a state-of-the-art data centre project in Elmina, Shah Alam. In this pivotal 2-year contract role, you will be the guardian of quality, overseeing all construction phases and ensuring compliance with rigorous international standards for a high-availability facility.
Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Quality: Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific QA/QC management system, including plans, procedures, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Hands-On Oversight: Conduct systematic inspections, audits, and witness Factory/Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) for civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Drive Compliance: Ensure all works adhere to Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, and NFPA standards, as well as strict client specifications.
• Solve & Improve: Lead the resolution of quality issues by managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate for Success: Liaise effectively with the client, consultants, and subcontractors to align on quality objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage Documentation: Oversee the control of all quality records, test reports, and commissioning dossiers for a smooth project handover.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• You have 7-10 years of QA/QC experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within construction.
• You possess a proven track record on data centre or other mission-critical projects.
• You have in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, data centre M&E systems, and international codes.
• You are a strong communicator, able to work under pressure and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
