Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QAQC function for ELV projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations. Manage and guide the QAQC team while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Develop, implement, and document quality processes and inspection procedures for ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA, BMS, etc.). Conduct inspections, audits, and system testing to verify installation quality and compliance with specifications. Analyze workflows and project execution to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvements. Prepare and maintain detailed QAQC reports, inspection records, and test documentation for compliance and handover. Escalate major quality issues, recommend corrective measures, and monitor implementation. Ensure final deliverables meet contractual, customer, and regulatory standards before handover.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in

Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field

. Minimum

5 years of QAQC experience

in ELV/MEP projects, with proven leadership in structured cabling, security, or building services systems. Familiar with international standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, ISO/IEC) and testing tools (Fluke, OTDR). Quality certifications such as

ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA

are an added advantage. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, reporting, and client management abilities. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites.
