Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project / team and manage clients. Establish and document processes to ensure quality consistency. Analyze workflows to identify and implement process improvements. Inspect and test products or services against specifications. Maintain detailed records of inspections and tests for compliance purposes. Communicate findings and escalate major problems to relevant teams. Confirm that finished products meet customer or regulatory standards. Identify potential quality risks and create plans to mitigate them. Conduct regular audits to confirm adherence to established processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Quality certifications like Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) is an added advantage. Proven experience as a QA/QC or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, well-organized, result-driven, and able to work independently. Capable of working under minimal supervision and delivering results within tight deadlines. Must possess own transportation.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
