Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan procedures to inspect and report quality issues. Oversee all operations that affect quality. Monitor and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff. Reaffirm the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output. Appraise customers' requirements and make sure they are satisfied. Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data. Review current standards and policies. Document records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation. Ensure all legal standards are met. Interact with external QA/QC officers during on-site inspections. Overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure that the organization's QMS conforms to customers, internal, ISO 9001 and regulatory/legal requirement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical/ Engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistic Knowledge of Quality System Standards - ISO9001:2015 is an advantage. Must be certified ISO auditor Able to use Microsoft and AutoCAD Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Knowledge of technical drawings
