1. Develop and review of standard operating procedures for maintenance department. 2. Plan, direct, supervise, review, effective implementation of the QA/QC system in company TA and routine maintenance works which are designed to improve Health, Safety & environment, Operability, maintenance, process efficiency and production increase in accordance with the latest international an company standards & code of practice. 3. Ensure QC during planning and implementing TA execution through all stages from concept design/engineering, production of tender for construction, and procurement of services/materials till commissioning. 4. Review, verify and endorse company TA Project Quality Plan and QA procedures and standardize required Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)/QA/QC Inspection checklist for improving QA/QC system. 5. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management. 6. Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports. 7. Action and close all customer complaints. 8. Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project. 9. Attend client quality management meetings. 10.
