Job Responsibilities:-
1. Monitor construction activities for defects and deviation.
2. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
3. Inspect materials and verify test reports.
4. Maintain daily inspection records, QA/QC Report, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
5. Identify construction defects early and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
6. Track rework progress and verify compliance before project milestones.
7. Assist in internal/external quality audits (HQ, Consultants, Local Authority)
8. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers to enforce quality standards and meet the milestones has been set.
9. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
Job Tasks:-
1. Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-
a) the specified policies and procedures
b) the requirements of ISO
2. Responsible to initiate improvements in the Quality System, make proper recommendation, follow-up and take the necessary action(s).
3. Issuance of QA/QC Report to assist Inspector of Works to issue Site Memo and/ or Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
4. Daily reporting site progress and status of QA/QC Report.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
