Ensure architectural and structural works comply with quality standards, drawings, and project specifications.
Conduct inspections on materials, workmanship, and installation for all architectural and structural elements.
Supervise site activities related to concrete works, steel structures, and architectural finishing.
Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test records, and structural certifications.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all site activities.
Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective and preventive actions where necessary.
Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality control procedures, inspection methods, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project quality and workmanship standards.
